SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping in the US (excluding Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico):

We offer shipping on all orders within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to these locations, outside of the continental United States, may be subject to additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Orders are processed during week days, 8am – 4pm PST,  Orders received after noon will be processed the following business day.  USPS, UPS and FEDEX Ground and FEDEX 2 Day Shipping available (additional fees may apply).

Low International Shipping Fees to Canada and the UK:

We provide affordable international shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping fees for orders to these countries will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination.  Duties Fee is customers responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

Chill The Grill Cover is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have established the following policies to ensure a fair and efficient return process.

 

Personal Choice Return:

If you have had a change of heart, no longer need the product, or have accidentally placed an incorrect order, we are here to assist you. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@chillthegrillcover.com to initiate the return procedure. Our team will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be included in the packaging when returning the item. It is important to note that a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. To expedite the return process, we kindly request that all returned products be in unused condition and in their original packaging. This ensures that we can efficiently process your return and maintain the quality of our products for future customers. Your cooperation in adhering to this guideline is greatly appreciated.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Flawed Product:

At Chill The Grill Cover, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or flawed product, please contact our customer service at customerservice@chillthegrillcover.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you in initiating the return process and provide you with an RMA number to include in the packaging when returning the item. In cases where the product is defective, Chill The Grill Cover will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a new cover to replace the damaged one you are returning.

 

Refunds:

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Chill The Grill Covers, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. We have established the following cancellation policy to accommodate such requests and ensure a smooth process.

 Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, typically within a 3-4 hour period during our business hours of 8am – 4pm PCT. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@chillthegrillcover.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that the order has not been shipped.

If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In such cases, we recommend referring to our return policy for further instructions on initiating a return and receiving a refund.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. We strive to provide timely and efficient service, and once an order has left our warehouse, it is no longer within our control to cancel or redirect it.
